About The Position

Hoffmaster Group, Inc. is hiring full-time Machine Operators to support our production team in Clintonville, WI. Whether you're an experienced machine operator or looking to grow your manufacturing career, we provide paid training, advancement opportunities, and a supportive team environment. This role operates on a rotating day shift with a 2-2-3 schedule, offering every other weekend off and 14 workdays per month. The pay rate is $20.09–$22.00/hour, based on experience, qualifications, and line assignment, and includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Basic math, reading, and communication skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or printing experience
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.
Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.
Load raw materials, rolls, plates, inks, and other production supplies.
Configure machines to meet product specifications and production requirements.
Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production runs.
Perform quality inspections and verify labels, UPC codes, and packaging accuracy.
Make routine machine adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
Safely clear jams, paper breaks, and other machine interruptions using lockout/tagout procedures.
Complete basic equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks.
Report mechanical issues and equipment concerns to maintenance personnel.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
Assist with training new team members as needed.
Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Follow all company safety policies, GMP, SQF, and food safety requirements.
