Overview: This position will require the individual to operate CNC equipment and other related machining / fabrication equipment in a production environment. This includes producing parts to specification within cycle times, ability to follow daily check sheet to record work done and control process flow. Will also be responsible for maintaining standards for machine and assigned area for safety and housekeeping.

Requirements

Basic understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems and components
Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics and utilize precision measurements
Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
Ability to read and use calipers and other required inspection equipment
Ability to lift 40 pounds throughout shift.
Standing for long periods of time.
Tripping hazards, bending, stooping.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with G-Code programing a plus
Familiarity with CNC controls, multi-axis mills a plus

Responsibilities

Operate CNC equipment and other related machining / fabrication equipment in a production environment.
Producing parts to specification within cycle times
Ability to follow daily check sheet to record work done and control process flow.
Maintaining standards for machine and assigned area for safety and housekeeping.
Coordination of the ECR, ECN, and SMI processes into production, incorporate design improvements, and prototyping
Perform setups and tooling selection for new and prototype or project related formings.
Remove and setup die sets in Punch Presses
Operate CNC controlled Press Brakes, Fasti Folder, Punch Presses, and NC controlled shear
Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position.
