About The Position

This advanced-level position is responsible for the safe operation of complex production machinery to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality production runs. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience operating machinery in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided to qualified individuals.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and enter data in English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Lockout/Tagout certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to maintain consistent output
• Perform routine maintenance including blade changes, setup, cleaning, and equipment takedown
• Monitor and adjust machines to meet product specifications, maximize quality, and improve yield
• Complete accurate production records including weight sheets, label verifications, run times, and man-hour logs
• Follow all Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures at all times
• Assist with directing workflow and collaborating with team members to achieve daily production goals
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product specifications, profitability, and machinery operations
