Requirements

Must be able to read and follow written work instructions.
Have basic computer and math skills.
Must be able to follow verbal instructions.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Attention to detail and quality a must.
Must maintain a valid forklift license.
Must be able to work overtime as scheduled.
Must be able to work independently.
Must maintain prompt and regular attendance.
Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in written form.
Position requires constant bending, twisting, pulling and climbing on and off the forklift truck.
Understands the environmental directives of EPC.
Understands the environmental impact of their division.

Responsibilities

Operate automated coating machines.
Provide support in various areas throughout the dip spin facility.
Operate line per operator work instructions.
Mixing and testing of coating material for production.
Keep area clean.
Contribute/participate in continuous improvement activities.
Comply with all Company/Plant, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
Perform other duties assigned.
Maintain production to reach daily production targets.
Train new employees.
