Requirements

1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Previous experience operating high-speed manufacturing or printing equipment is preferred.
Experience leading a machine crew or production team is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Basic math skills, including the ability to accurately measure to 1/16 of an inch.
Ability to read production specifications and work instructions.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
Experience working with printing inks, PMS colors, or GCMI color standards is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Dependable, safety-focused, and committed to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed printing and manufacturing equipment.
Lead machine crew members to meet daily production, quality, and safety goals.
Read and follow production specifications and work orders.
Make machine adjustments to maintain quality, speed, pressure, and material usage.
Perform routine machine cleaning, inspection, and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate larger repairs when needed.
Inspect finished products to ensure customer quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate production records and enter data into computer systems.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe following 5S and company safety standards.
Follow all company policies, quality procedures, and safety requirements.
