Machine Operator – Press Break CNC

As we launch our new facility in Mesquite, Texas, we are looking for new talents to support our operations and contribute to the success of our new facility. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating Press Brake machines (Salvagnini and Ermaksan) in order to manufacture sheet metal panels, floor parts and sealing sheets used in the assembly of custom air handling units (HVAC) which are mainly made out of galvanized, aluminum and stainless steel.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or DVS.
- Relevant experience with a Press Brake Machine.
- Read production drawings
- Perform work with precision and thoroughness
- Work at a steady pace and produce quality work
- Find a solution or proactively deal with work-related issues
- Versatile, autonomous, and responsible
- Be a good team colleague

- Experience in HVAC is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, adjust, and operate press break machine in accordance with procedures, standards, and requisitions
- Make machine adjustments to ensure product quality
- Check accuracy of part dimensions using various gauge types
- Study drawings and material lists to better identify parts and plan work to be done
- Program codes and parts
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform tasks while respecting safety rules
- Identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety
- May be called upon to work on other equipment, depending on production needs
- Other responsibilities as assigned
