About The Position
The Machine Operator satisfies customer requirements of quality, quantity, and delivery in a safe manner while maximizing productivity. The Press Brake Operator sets up and/and operates power-press brake machine to bend, form, or straighten material as specified by work order and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Knowledge on reading calipers
- Knowledge on reading micrometers
- Knowledge on reading a digital protractor
- General knowledge of crane operation and ancillary lifting devices.
- Skilled at measuring machined features using a variety of measuring instruments
- Detail oriented with ability to inspect material for quality conformance through the use of measuring devices and drawings.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of machine operating experience on press brake preferred but not required
