About The Position

Cenveo is a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes with over 100 years of experience. They are hiring experienced Machine Operators (Packers) for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role involves loading paper onto envelope folding machines, packing finished products, conducting quality inspections, labeling cartons, and supporting daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates need to be able to read a ruler, perform basic math, follow instructions, and work effectively in a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• A minimum of 6 months Machine Packer experience preferred.
• Ability to read work orders, production schedules, and quality specifications.
• Ability to read a ruler and perform basic math calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Load paper into automatic hand-fed or web envelope folding machines.
• Pack finished products according to quality and production standards.
• Inspect product quality and report variances to appropriate personnel.
• Label cartons and complete required production documentation.
• Review production orders and schedules to meet daily production requirements.
• Perform rework as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
