About The Position

The company is seeking candidates for a Machine Operator or Material Handler V role. This position is part of a career lattice designed to reward and recognize employees for cross-training and learning new skills. Team Members will be cross-trained on various tasks to support production operations. The role involves acquiring job skills, learning company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks, and working on problems of limited scope. The individual will follow standard practices and procedures, build internal working relationships, and receive detailed instructions and close supervision. Responsibilities also include learning and following standardized work, applying company policies to resolve routine issues, and learning lean concepts to actively participate in process improvements.

Requirements

Typically requires a HS or GED and equivalent relevant experience.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP system.

Responsibilities
