About The Position
Our Mixing Operators play a vital role in producing Rosina's products by accurately preparing ingredients and operating industrial mixing equipment. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy learning equipment, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong math and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

Responsibilities
- Operate industrial mixers and grinders.
- Read production schedules and batch sheets.

- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
