Requirements

  • Communicate clearly and effectively across teams, coordinate and self‑manage assigned tasks, and consistently deliver work that meets high quality standards within required timeframes.
  • Minimum of six months of experience as a Mail Operator, or two years of experience operating production inserting equipment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Capability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Competence in performing basic mathematical calculations, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Flexibility to adapt effectively within a continuously changing work environment
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Performing mail enclosing processing in an ISO & Financial Communication Service environment focused on 100% accuracy in compliance with company service and risk management standards.
  • Ensuring all mailings include the correct inserts, avoid duplication, and meet strict privacy, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Keeping the machines running smoothly and efficiently while following established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Set up mail inserting equipment in accordance with job instructions.
  • Load correct components onto machine per job.
  • Perform regular and detailed quality checks on all components and finished envelopes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Record/Reconcile daily work to meet our ISO standards and job instructions.
  • Ensure related procedures are followed within guidelines.
  • Escalate any non-conformance for jobs or schedule.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance to maintain proper machine performance
