If you are a current employee, please navigate here to apply internally. Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of mechanical presses and automated machinery, performing blueprint interpretation, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail. Mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow documentation procedures accurately.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a consistent schedule with occasional overtime as needed.
  • Prior experience with blueprint reading and machine operation preferred but limited to.
  • Strong Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and air power tools.
  • Basic understanding of welding and grinding equipment.
  • Good attention to detail and quality inspection skills.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and complete required documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Read and Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Operate mechanical presses and automated welding machinery.
  • Safely use hand air tools, abrasive equipment, grinders, and other shop tools.
  • Perform steel grinding, finishing, and other fabrication tasks as needed.
  • Inspect materials and finished products for visual defects.
  • Maintain compliance with company’s documentation requirements, completing all forms and records accurately.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
