Responsibilities

• Operate sophisticated manufacturing equipment.
• Make precise measurements and calculations, including calculations with decimals.
• Perform quality checks using specialized gauges and other gauging equipment.
• Maintain and configure machinery and make equipment adjustments.
• Ensure product quality meets exact specifications.
• Operate or develop expertise with manufacturing equipment such as fin presses, brake equipment, expanders, overhead cranes, hairpin machinery, paint systems, and welding equipment.
• Learn preventive maintenance techniques and develop skills across multiple machine operations.
