About The Position

This position involves operating and monitoring controls for associated plant equipment, identifying and resolving malfunctions, and coordinating with other machine operators. The role also includes performing daily cleaning of the work area and undertaking additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to lift weight in excess of 50lbs
• Must be able to climb vertical ladders
• Forklift experience
• Able to work hours of 3:00pm - 11:00pm, Mon. to Fri., Sat. when needed

• Problem solving skills highly desired

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor controls for associated plant equipment
• Isolate malfunctions and adjust or correct as necessary
• Coordinate with machine operators for equipment operation
• Notify shift supervisor of equipment outages and adverse personnel safety conditions
• Perform daily cleaning of work area
• Perform additional tasks required by shift supervisor or from personnel in higher leadership positions
