About The Position

In this role, you will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used to produce high-quality medical devices while following established procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements. This is a 2nd shift position, which is M-Th 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or production experience.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical device , pharmaceutical , aerospace, automotive, or electronics manufacturing.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with measuring tools, gauges, calipers, or inspection equipment.
  • Experience following quality procedures and production documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Operate bench-top and floor-type manufacturing equipment, including machine tools and automated or semi-automated production equipment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and production schedules to meet quality and output goals.
  • Perform basic machine setup activities and make routine adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues during operation.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using gauges, fixtures, measuring tools, and other inspection equipment.
  • Verify product quality and document inspection results in accordance with established procedures.
  • Support statistical process control (SPC) and other quality control activities.
  • Complete production records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance activities on equipment.
  • Escalate equipment, process, or quality concerns to appropriate team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with teammates, production leads, engineers, and quality personnel to support manufacturing objectives.
