About The Position

Work as part of a manufacturing team to achieve daily production goals, quality targets, and operational objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve low- to medium-complexity mechanical and electrical saw issues to maximize equipment uptime and output. Monitor production equipment and respond to slowdowns, stoppages, and technical challenges. Set up, operate, and make approved adjustments to manufacturing equipment. Perform machine maintenance activities such as adjusting clamp performance, cleaning water systems, and preparing materials for production. Follow all manufacturing processes, work instructions, and quality requirements to build products safely and accurately. Complete shop floor documentation and maintain accurate production records. Handle, transport, inspect, and store components and finished devices. Maintain compliance with safety policies and contribute to a clean, organized, and health-conscious work environment. Support continuous improvement initiatives through idea generation, project participation, and process enhancements. Execute validation activities and engineering evaluations under supervision. Collaborate cross-functionally and rotate between tasks as business needs require. Assist with document corrections, training updates, and knowledge sharing within the team. Become proficient in multiple manufacturing processes and workstations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of manufacturing, operations, or related experience
  • 1+ year of equipment, machine operation, or production machinery experience

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
