This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career. 3M is seeking a candidate for 3M Aearo Technologies Newark Delaware. Requirements

Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or production environment
Applicants who meet the basic qualifications above will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

3 to 5 years in a manufacturing or production environment
1 to 2 years operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
Proven troubleshooting skills
Ability to read measurement tools in metric format such as rulers, tape measure, and drop gauge.

Responsibilities

Operator Hydraulic Die Cutting Press.
Pulling, packing and labeling orders per established procedures & customer requirements.
Process orders and inventory paperwork according to established procedures.
Operate Atom Flash Cutter.
