Machine Operator I-3rd Shift
About The Position
The Rotational Molding Operator is responsible for setting up and operating rotational molding machines to produce high-quality plastic containers and custom products while supporting daily manufacturing operations. This role involves working on the 3rd shift, from 10:00 PM to 6:15 AM, Sunday through Thursday. Requirements
- Ability to follow safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Experience operating machinery and production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- One year of plastic molding or similar machine operation experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate rotational molding machines with minimal supervision
- Follow written and verbal work instructions and manufacturing procedures
- Set up and service molds while monitoring machine controls and product quality
- Perform secondary operations on molded products as needed
- Use powered and manual hand tools, hoists, gantries, and production equipment
- Read basic blueprints and manufacturing work orders
- Maintain quality standards and production records
- Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with training and sharing technical knowledge with team members
