About The Position
We're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Seasonal Machine Operators I-ISO to join our manufacturing team in Puyallup, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial machinery while ensuring strict adherence to ISO compliance standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work systematically in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience operating industrial machinery or similar equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications precisely
- Knowledge of ISO compliance standards and manufacturing best practices
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions
- Ability to organize work efficiently and manage multiple tasks systematically
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to accurately record and report production data
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with ISO-certified manufacturing processes or equipment
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and equipment care
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to established procedures and ISO standards
- Perform routine quality inspections and checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
- Adjust machine settings and parameters to optimize performance and maintain production efficiency
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and report equipment malfunctions or irregularities to supervisors
- Record production data, machine performance metrics, and quality control information accurately
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs as needed
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards and company policies throughout all operations
