About The Position
Hiring Now for a Machine Operator Helper in Santa Fe Springs on the 3rd Shift. This is a fast-paced role perfect for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, staying busy, and are mechanically inclined. The role involves supporting machine operators in a metal finishing environment.
Requirements
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable with standing, bending, repetitive tasks
- Must follow safety rules (PPE provided)
- Must pass drug and background check
- Must be available to train on 1st shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Responsibilities
- Assist with machine setup & belt changes
- Load/unload parts
- Basic grinding, deburring & surface finishing
- Use calipers/rulers for simple measurements
- Keep work area clean & safe
- Help with part counts & simple documentation
