About The Position

Operate, set up, and program machine equipment to produce quality parts to specification. Interpret blueprints, perform tooling changes and inspections, and ensure safe, efficient production while maintaining a clean and organized work area. We are seeking a skilled Machine Shop Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up and operate machining equipment including mills, lathes, drill presses, and CNC machinery equipment to produce high-quality production parts that meet engineering and customer specifications. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and manufacturing documentation, performing machine setups and tooling changes, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring safe, efficient operations. The successful candidate will maintain a clean and organized work environment while supporting production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of CNC machining, metal fabrication, or related Machine Shop experience.
• Proficient in blueprint reading, GD&T, precision gaging, and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment, perform quality inspections, and use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional requirements.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
• Final candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience setting up, programming, and operating mills, lathes, drill presses, or similar CNC metal fabrication equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machine, tooling, set up, and dimensional issues while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Advanced knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, precision measuring equipment, and maintaining tight tolerances to produce high-quality fabricated components.
