Requirements

Team Coordinator
Assist the production team by coordinating work processes, safety and training activities.
Serve as an effective communicator on all issues that affect the team.
Fully participate in all aspects of team activity.

Responsibilities

Acquire and maintain the skills necessary to be effective in all positions, while participating as a team member to achieve targeted operating goals.
Coordinate the orientation and training of new team members and team members moving into new jobs.
Ensure that necessary team reports are produced by the team. Train other team members on how the reports are completed.
Coordinate the performance evaluations of all team members as necessary.
Listen carefully to input and advice from all team members so that communication is kept open at all levels and team members have accurate information on which to base decisions.
Coordinate team meetings and team decision making. Coordinate communication activities within the team and between other teams.
Complete essential reporting functions in the absence of a Team Leader.
Record information on specific disciplinary issues and communicate such issues to a member of the management team in the absence of a Team Leader.
Comply with all activities related to product safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality
