About The Position

Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components. The schedule includes a change for summer hours: June through September is four, ten-hour shifts; October through May, the schedule is five, eight-hour shifts.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
2 yrs experience working in a manufacturing setting
Multi-task in fast-paced environment
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Required to travel around the shop and visit all established workstations.
Ability to read, write and interpret documentation.
Required to frequently use a computer.
Will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes and other materials.
Ability to single lift 40 lbs.
Lifting, bending, pulling, and climbing is required.
Required to visually identify defects in incoming materials as well as use inspection tools and equipment.

Nice To Haves

tow motor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment properly and safely.
Sets up and operates machine to bend metal pipes, and tubes to angle or contour specified by work order, drawings, templates, or layouts.
Pull parts, materials and the like from inventory based on picklist.
Use of small hand tools.
Inspect part conformant based on blueprints.
Follow detailed procedures.
Perform transactions in the ERP system to signify that items have been moved from their storage spot onto the job order (WIP) or other location.
Stock components that have been made and are ready for storage.
Operates lift trucks and other moving devices used in a warehouse; tow motor experience is a plus.
Cleans/organizes/straightens areas as defined by Lead or supervisor which may include removing trash, scrap bins, skids, boxes and/or other items that result from a factory environment.
Performs additional duties and assignments as requested.
