About The Position

Custom Marine currently has an opening for a 1st Shift CNC Bender Operator to work in our Neenah, WI facility. This job involves using a CNC Bender to bend all sizes of Stainless and Carbon Steel Tube. Custom Marine is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered original equipment and aftermarket stainless steel exhaust headers, exhaust pipes, mufflers, and other marine and industrial components.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of bending machinery to bend all sizes of Stainless and Carbon Steel Tube.
• Knowledge of CNC tube bending machine or manual bender equipment.
• Knowledge of assembly tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Knowledge of assembly process.
• Manual dexterity, maturity, and tact.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accurately use simple measuring tools.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 LBS.
• Requires math skills.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Using a CNC Bender to bend all sizes of Stainless and Carbon Steel Tube.
• Understanding how CNC bending works.
• Following Quality Assurance Procedures and Processes.
• Accurately using simple measuring tools.
• Reading blueprints.
• Lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 LBS.
• Maintaining safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
