About The Position

Revere Staffing Partners Corp. is looking for a Machine Operator Assistant to join our team in Milford, CT. This position offers an hourly rate of $18/hr with full-time hours, Monday through Thursday 6am-4:30pm.

Requirements

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn.
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and may be required to stand for up to 3 hours at a time.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Machine Operators with setting up and operating machinery.
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas.
• Inspect products for quality and conformity to specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
