About The Position

Shillington Box Co., a TRG company and affiliate of Schwarz Partners, currently has exciting opportunities available for Machine Operator Assistants at our St Louis, MO facility! As a Machine Operator Assistant, you will assist operators on the Flexo Folder Gluers, Die Cutting Machines, Baler, etc. The Royal Group’s mission is to provide value-added solutions to the most demanding customers. Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED
• Detail-oriented, organized and dependable with time management skills
• Successful track record in safety, attendance, and quality
• Ability to perform basic computer operations
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to read and understand instructions
• The willingness to function effectively in a team environment
• Enthusiasm for being an active part of a safety-first work environment
• Must pass pre-employment testing (background check, drug screen, and physical abilities test)

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of manufacturing Corrugated experience preferred not required

Responsibilities
