About The Position

This role involves assembling small and delicate medical device components. The Machine Operator / Assembler will follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform repetitive assembly tasks with a high level of accuracy. Key responsibilities include inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards, maintaining accurate production documentation, and working safely in a clean environment to meet daily production and quality goals. The position requires adherence to all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

Requirements

• Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with small components.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for detailed assembly work.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Good vision for detailed work; microscope work may be required depending on the assigned workstation.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or related experience is preferred but not required.
