About The Position

LSI ADL is looking for an energetic and outgoing individual to join our Surface Mount team as a Machine Operator. In this role, the employee is responsible for operating and maintaining an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine to perform quality inspections of assembled printed circuit boards.

Requirements

Operate and maintain Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine to perform quality inspections of assembled printed circuit boards.
Use IPC standards and customer documentation for quality assurance.
Verify documentation accuracy against work orders, machine programming, and customer specifications.
Document and log serial numbers and pass/fail status of assemblies.
Tag failed assemblies for repair.
Work with minimum supervision to complete tasks according to production schedules.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.
Follow prescribed regulations.
Practice standard operating procedures.
Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
Handle confidential information with tact and discretion.

Responsibilities

Perform daily operation of surface mount machine for inspection of printed circuit boards using IPC standards and customer documentation to assure quality standards and meet customer demands.
