About The Position

Cylindro Mfg., LLC, Corp. is a leading manufacturer of parts for material handling equipment. Our roller shop is expanding, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our team as assemblers and machine operators. These positions offer the opportunity to learn how to use machines that cut, dimple, bore, and more, as well as how to assemble various parts and equipment. On-the-job training is available.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure.
• Proven track record of success in hands-on work.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
• Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks and machinery.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
