Responsibilities

Operate machines to cut, punch, bend, weld, or shape materials into specified components.
Set up machines and confirm specifications using drawings, blueprints, tablets, or other tools.
Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts.
Perform inspections using measuring tools and processes before, during, and after production to ensure materials meet exact specifications.
Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
Maintain material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.
