About The Position

Cabinetworks Group is the U.S.’s second largest cabinetry manufacturer, with offices and manufacturing facilities across the country. The Waconia facility is home to the Medallion brand. This role involves operating various equipment and machines in the Millroom to process panel product, stacking product, and transporting it to necessary departments while maintaining production and quality standards.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand move tickets.
• Must be able to read and understand a tape measure.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Must have good teamwork/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the various equipment and machines in the Millroom to process panel product.
• Stack product and transport to the necessary departments.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
