This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote. Requirements

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

  • Previous Manufacturing experience preferred but not required for the right candidate

Responsibilities

  • Operator will work in Vane Hole Drill operations.
  • Operator will follow work instructions provided.
  • Operator will demonstrate understanding of quality and production.
  • Demonstrates broad knowledge of machine shop practices, methods, and techniques.
  • Works from drawings and sketches and uses advanced shop mathematics and a variety of precision measuring instruments.
  • Work from drawings and operation sheets and use decimals and fractions and a variety of precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to operate a variety of production machines.
  • Machines may include Drilling, CMMs, Airflow, Waterflow, or various other processes.
  • This position will require performing routine operations.
  • Working on the production line you will produce blades and or vanes as well as perform all quality checks.
  • These positions require shift work and ability to work overtime when needed
