About The Position

Machine Operator 1 performs operational work related to receipt, shipment, storage, distributions or delivery of products, parts and materials. Loads, unloads, moves or stores items according to delivery or routing documents or supervisor instructions. Operates heavy equipment.

Requirements

• Proficient operation of machines including Forklift, Knuckle-boom, Runaround, Wood Boiler Support, Prentice Support, Endplate Station Support, Trimmer Support.
• Ability to operate consistently at or above target production levels.
• Ability to complete daily inspection and maintenance reports.
• Ability to identify operational issues.
• Ability to perform daily maintenance for assigned machine.
• Ability to take initiative to aid supervisors.
• Ability to participate and contribute to company safety program.
