About The Position

Cabinetworks Group is the U.S.’s second largest cabinetry manufacturer, with offices and manufacturing facilities across the country. The Waconia facility is home to the Medallion brand. This role involves operating machinery to produce cabinetry components.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand move tickets.
• Ability to use and understand tape measures.
• Must be able to identify the different wood species.
• Must have good teamwork/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sand cabinetry components using a small handheld sander.
• Inspect components for defects or repair needs.
• Fill in defects with putty as necessary.
• Insert parts into the timesaver machine.
• Remove parts from opposite end of machine and load them onto carts.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
