Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
2 years of experience in production machine maintenance, or related industry experience and/ or training.
Experience with manual CNC equipment required.
Experience with electrical circuits and systems, servo motors, solenoid valves, and proximity sensors.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (e.g., blueprints, drawings, etc.)
Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required

Responsibilities

Perform basic preventative maintenance on all punch, laser, and brake equipment.
Clean all punch, laser, and brake equipment.
Use machine tools, manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues.
Diagnose failures, repairs and follow-up on problem solution procedures related to equipment.
Follow a weekly and monthly maintenance schedule.
Work based on sense of urgency with machine down conditions.
Maintain excellent work attendance.
Ability to learn and apply safety precautions and practices.
