About The Position

This role, an Equipment Engineer Technician, involves supporting the installation, relocation, repair, and maintenance of primary printing/converting equipment across the business unit. The ideal candidate will possess capabilities in both mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in machine maintenance & field service required
• Experience working on printing & finishing machinery
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to be on your feet for prolonged periods of time
• Job requires standing, stooping, bending over, and kneeling

Nice To Haves

• Forklift Experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Travel to all 29 company sites to conduct services
• Travel Monday, work 8 straight days, travel home on 10th day, off Thursday - Sunday, off to the next job on Monday
• Remove and relocate machinery as needed
• Work with local plant associates to improve local skills and capabilities
• Interact with vendors and internal associates to order materials, parts and arrange services
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
• Operate a forklift as needed
