About The Position

We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Loaders/Off Loaders to join our team. This position involves hand hanging products or removing products from the paint line, either in preparation for painting or as part of the post-paint process. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Minimal prior experience required; training can be provided.
• Strong dependability, reliability, and a committed work ethic.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a physically demanding environment.
• Work Effectively in a team environment.
• Willing to assist in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hand hang or remove products from the paint line before or after painting.
• Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs independently.
• Utilize team lifting or mechanical assist equipment for loads exceeding 50 lbs.
• Have strong hand-eye coordination.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
• Work Effectively in a team environment.
• Willing to assist in other departments as needed.
