About The Position

Quora is hiring a new graduate Machine Learning Engineer to work on its Quora product. The role is part of a small, collaborative ML team building AI-powered systems to improve content quality and safety for Quora users. The engineer will help design, evaluate, and deploy LLM-powered systems and agentic workflows for detecting harmful content, automating complex moderation decisions, and responding to evolving challenges at scale. The team has more than 100 ML models in production, and the role offers opportunities to own meaningful projects and work with experienced engineers. Previous trust and safety experience is not required. The position is remote and can be performed from anywhere in the US or Canada, subject to Quora’s employment eligibility requirements. Candidates must be available for coordination hours Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific Time, and able to start full-time in early 2027.
