Machine Learning Engineer
About The Position
Motorola Solutions is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and implement analytics techniques to transform data into meaningful information. This role involves using data-oriented programming languages, visualization software, data modeling, and machine learning to extract and analyze information. The engineer will research, evaluate, and test the latest AI/ML tools and platforms, provide AI solution architecture support, and design end-to-end AI solutions. They will also develop rapid functional AI/ML prototypes and proof-of-concept applications, design and implement custom AI and ML use cases using cloud services and APIs, and provide technical consulting support for ongoing AI use cases. Additionally, the role requires translating complex AI concepts into accessible language for internal employees and analyzing, manipulating, and processing large sets of data. This position allows for telecommuting from anywhere within the United States.
Requirements
- Masters degree + 1 years experience or Bachelors degree + 3 years experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement analytics techniques to transform data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages, visualization software, data modeling, and machine learning to extract and analyze information.
- Research, evaluate, and test the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI)/ Machine Learning (ML) tools, protocols, and platforms to identify opportunities for internal adoption and technological advancement.
- Provide AI solution architecture support for business initiatives and design end-to-end AI solutions that leverage emerging technologies to fulfill complex organizational requirements.
- Develop rapid functional AI/ML prototypes and proof-of-concept (PoC) applications to showcase advanced capabilities to internal and external stakeholders to drive business innovation.
- Design and implement one-off custom AI and ML use cases, utilizing cloud services and APIs to build scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing enterprise applications.
- Provide technical consulting support and feedback for ongoing AI use cases, enhancements, and troubleshooting issues to ensure solution stability.
- Translate complex technical AI concepts into accessible language to ensure internal employees at all levels understand the functionality and value of available AI tools.
- Analyze, manipulate, and process large sets of data and visualize, interpret, and report data findings to support organizational goals.
