About The Position

The Sponsor’s office leads an effort to bring its enterprise services into compliance with Federal data standards and formats. The Sponsor is seeking analytical support to review, compare, and make recommendations for actions (data cleansing and transformation), as well as support data migration planning and coordination efforts. The Sponsor also seeks to build a skills inventory, which will eventually integrate with other Sponsor’s systems, capturing both position skill requirements and competency levels, as well as personnel skill and competencies. The Sponsor's project manager will manage priorities.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience designing, creating tables, views, relationships, and scripting (SQL) with database systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL, NOSQL, and/or structured and unstructured data).
Demonstrated experience with implementing and using extract, transform, and load (ETL) tools.
Demonstrated experience implementing, using, and creating Data Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) or data services.
Demonstrated experience with Python, Java, and Scala programming languages.
Demonstrated experience implementing, using, and creating data visualizations.
Demonstrated experience implementing, using, or creating ML/AI software, tools, and services.
Demonstrated experience using or creating Amazon Web Services (AWS)-based analytic tools and services.
Demonstrated experience using and implementing Apache Hadoop.
This position requires US Citizenship. Verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements will be confirmed.
The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.
Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.
This position is expected to be onsite. The position will be located within the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA). Local travel/POV will be on an as needed basis, within the local place of performance.
