About The Position

Adidev Technologies is seeking an adept Machine Learning Engineer to lead the deployment of advanced machine learning models, with a particular emphasis on Generative AI. The role involves creating and refining AI-driven solutions that turn innovative ideas into useful features and services for clients. The engineer will work across the full lifecycle of data modeling projects, from understanding business requirements through deployment and monitoring. They will collaborate across functions to integrate Generative AI models into offerings, perform analysis and feature engineering, optimize algorithms, and keep current with developments such as AutoML, MLOps, and interpretability frameworks. The role also emphasizes compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical AI practices. Adidev Technologies is an IT consulting firm serving major companies and other clients. Requirements

Experience architecting and developing AI or machine learning solutions on platforms such as AWS, Databricks, Azure, Google Cloud, and OpenAI.
A software engineering and/or data engineering background, especially with one of the major cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience with deep learning, LLMs, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks.
Experience putting machine learning or AI into production and the ability to discuss best practices and pitfalls.
Must be a US citizen, Green Card holder, or GC-EAD holder; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Architect and refine machine learning models and algorithms, translating complex datasets into actionable solutions.
Manage the full lifecycle of data modeling projects, from understanding business requirements to deployment and monitoring.
Perform data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering, including the use of Generative AI algorithms.
Collaborate across functions to integrate Generative AI models into offerings and enhance product capabilities and user experiences.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Optimize data preprocessing, feature engineering, and algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct exploratory data analysis and use insights to inform strategic decisions.
Stay current with and implement machine learning trends, tools, and practices, including AutoML, MLOps, and interpretability frameworks.
Promote compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, with an emphasis on ethical AI.
