Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on data-driven applications, machine learning, or AI, preferably in the aerospace or tech industry
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, along with expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data processing technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and a passion for innovation and technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, Develop and deploy machine learning models independently to optimize user experiences and enhance IFEC functionalities.
  • Develop machine learning frameworks, tools, and technologies using distributed computing, deep learning, or natural language processing.
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and interpretability.
  • Develop advanced feature engineering techniques.
  • Build robust data pipelines for efficient model training and inference.
  • Deploy machine learning models into production environments.
  • Integrate models with existing systems and applications.
  • Monitor model performance and address issues as they arise.
  • Maintain and update models to ensure continued relevance and accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to effectively communicating technical concepts and insights to drive project alignment and success.
  • Document methodologies, findings, and outcomes of experiment.
