About The Position

This requisition is exclusively for candidates attending our Onsite Hiring Event on August 6, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST at 8313 Triad Dr, Greensboro, NC 27409. The Machine Helper will work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity, decreasing downtime, and reducing waste. This position requires assisting all jobs on the plant floor and assuming an active role in overall plant and facilities-related work. The role involves maintaining shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards and following all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures. Other duties may be assigned, and the role may require stacking parts up to 30 lbs for periods of up to 12 hours.

Requirements

• Must attend onsite hiring event on August 6th (8 AM - 5 PM EST)
• High School Graduate or GED.
• Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must have a good attendance record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Possess an understanding that temperatures and volumes of work may vary.
