Requirements

Prior experience working as a Machine Helper, general laborer, or manufacturing associate.
Ability to comfortably handle heavy physical lifting and manual labor continuously.
Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina for an active 8-hour shift.
Willingness to adhere strictly to plant safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a corrugated cardboard or packaging environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Loading raw cardboard and materials directly onto production conveyors and machine feeds.
Unbundling, sorting, and staging incoming corrugated cardboard stock for automated machinery.
Assisting machine operators with setup, continuous operation, and line changeovers.
Offloading finished packaging product from machinery, bundling, and preparing items for palletizing.
Performing frequent heavy lifting and manual handling of materials throughout the day.
Inspecting materials on the line to catch and remove defective product quickly.
Clearing jams, removing waste materials, and keeping the work area safe and organized.
