Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of machine control systems, site positioning solutions, and construction software.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in interpreting complex hydraulic schematics, manuals, and technical diagrams.
  • Strong electrical foundation and the ability to convey complex concepts to varied audiences.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of support tasks independently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Field experience in Geomatics, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Practical proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or Stick.
  • Previous experience as an Equipment Operator, Survey Engineer, or Data Prep Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-impact technical support to worldwide business partners and resellers across a diverse product portfolio.
  • Analyze complex data and evaluate system performance to resolve issues of diverse scope.
  • Perform rigorous system acceptance testing to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
  • Spearhead training events and develop multi-media technical communications to empower users globally.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence ongoing product development and ensure solutions meet real-world needs.
