We are looking for a Machine Cast Operator to join our Pottery division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
- Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
- Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
- Consistent attendance and work performance.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate robot demolding machines, finish ware, perform mold maintenance and TPM tasks.
- Wear a respirator when required.
- Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs repetitively.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
