As our Machine Builder you will report to the Machine Shop Supervisor of Prepared Foods Division within the US. This role is located at our Kingston Facility. On a given day, you may: In this role, you’ll help build industrial equipment from the ground up—working with mechanical components, tools, and blueprints to bring complex machines to life. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
  • Dependability and ability to work in a team environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Assembly, manufacturing, or machine building experience
  • Technical or vocational training
  • Experience working with mechanical systems

Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and complete machines using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
  • Fit, align, and install mechanical parts including frames, shafts, bearings, fasteners, and related systems
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete assemblies accurately
  • Perform mechanical troubleshooting, adjustments, and rework as required during the build process
  • Collaborate with electrical assemblers, engineering, and productions teams to complete builds
  • Conduct basic quality checks to ensure assemblies meet specifications and tolerances
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standards
  • Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives on the production floor
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
