This role is crucial within our Embroidery team operation, responsible for ensuring the production of quality products, problem-solving, and supporting the production team. The Embroidery Specialist will assist with the production of screen-printed material, including the production, coating, and cleaning of screens, quality checking finished products against customer specifications, assisting with press loading, applying ink to screens, moving materials throughout the facility, and using an RF scanner.

Requirements

At least 2-3 years of continued work experience
Great attitude, and aptitude for leadership
Attention to detail and organization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
Ability to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendance
Able to cooperate and work well with others in a team-oriented environment
Must be punctual with excellence in attendance
HS Diploma or GED (required)
1 - 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
Ability to read English instructions.
Must be very comfortable with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
The position requires lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis.
Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

Assisting in embroidery as needed
Prep work, trimming, sorting, folding & finishing garments.
Sew and/or stitch products to specific criteria and specifications.
Ability to multitask and organize/prioritize tasks as needed
Self-motivated and willingness to take the initiative to complete projects with minimal oversight
Comfortable working and collaborating with other team members
Ability to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendance
