Machine Assistant Operator - 2nd Shift
About The Position
The Machine Assistant Operator is responsible for safely operating their specific machine to produce quality products according to the machine schedule and lineup during their scheduled shift. This role requires adherence to Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures, completion of quality checks, understanding and proper use of a mylar, and knowledge of yield and waste control procedures. The operator must be able to work effectively in a team environment, maintain an orderly work area, and be capable of setting up the entire machine and assisting with adjustments. The position involves lifting 30-40 lbs frequently and standing for prolonged periods.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Must be able to be on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to work 2nd shift
- Ability to lift 30-40lbs often.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing experienced preferred.
