About The Position

We are actively hiring for the position of Machine Adjuster Operator for our printing facility in Arlington, TX. This role involves setting up and adjusting envelope folding machines for safe and efficient operation in the production process. Responsibilities include start-up, operation, adjustment to proper parameters involving close tolerances, maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of the equipment. The operator will also be responsible for making proper size changes and adjustments, monitoring machine performance and operator efficiency, and ensuring quality and run speed standards are met. Accurate record-keeping using the IMS system and reporting of workplace hazards are also key aspects of this position.

Nice To Haves

Experience in envelope folding and adjusting production machines, specifically with the W+D 410 Easy Enveloper, Fidia Rialto Envelope Machine, Kingsun KZF-380A, JT-ZF380, or similar envelope folding and adjusting production machines.

Responsibilities

Access the IMS program to determine priority jobs and set workload for the day.
Sets up and adjusts envelope folding machines for safe and efficient operation in the production process.
This includes the start-up, operation, adjustment to proper parameters involving close tolerances, maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of the equipment.
Make proper size changes and adjustments to all assigned machines in accordance with estimated change times; note any delays in work order.
Continuously monitor all assigned machines and the performance of operators to ensure quality and run speed standards are being met.
Ensure that the daily production report is filled out correctly and completely.
Record production and operational data using the IMS system, such as entering completed jobs.
Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.
Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstations are in good working order and is free of any safety hazards.
Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.
